~What are your earrings made of?
All earrings are made of polymer clay. Since earrings are made by hand, no two pieces are exactly alike. When purchasing, you are acknowledging that you may get a pair that will have minor imperfections such as slight variations in color, design placement, finger prints and bubbling.
~How should I care for my clay earrings?
Although polymer clay is durable, they can break. Due to these earrings being entirely handmade, they should not be bent, pulled or worn in water. Try to be gentle with your pieces being that they could break if dropped. Limit interactions with hairspray, oils, creams and perfumes as they may stain your earrings. Polymer clay is a soft material that can be easily scratched so make sure to store them in a clean, dry and safe place.
~How can I clean my earrings?
To clean your earrings, gently wipe them with a damp cloth. If stained with makeup and/or dirt, they can gently be cleaned with a cotton swab or cotton ball and rubbing alcohol.
~How long will it take to receive my order?
Most earrings are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order and ship them out. This does not include weekends and holidays. I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. I am a one woman show so it's just me who creates, packages and ships out your earrings. I will work my hardest to get your order to you in a timely manner. Your patience is much appreciated
~What happens if I never received my order?
Once your order has been dropped of at the USPS, Peach Tree Craft House is no longer responsible for the package and will not be responsible for product replacement or refund if the item is lost or stolen. If you have any shipping issues, it is the customers responsibility to contact the USPS to resolve the issue.
~What if my earrings arrived damaged?
If your earrings arrived damaged due to transit, it is imperative that you send me an email with a photo of the damaged item and the package within 48 hrs. of them being delivered. Delivery date and time will be verified through tracking information. All damages will be reviewed case by case.
~Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time I do not ship internationally. Shipping is currently available to the US and Puerto Rico
~Do you accept returns?
